There is a new product available for your patients who may be experiencing difficulty removing and/or inserting hearing instrument batteries. The Battery Easy is a lightweight, economical tool designed for easy replacement of hearing instrument batteries.  Invented by a hearing instrument user, Battery Easy is a 5 inch long red plastic handle with a strong magnet located at the tip.  To use, simply open the battery compartment of hearing aid and place the tip of the Battery Easy over the battery to lift the battery out of the door.  Once the battery is discarded, pull the tab off of a fresh battery and place the tip of Battery Easy over the plus (+) side of the fresh battery.  Place the new battery in the battery door of the hearing instrument and slide the Battery Easy off.  Great give-away  for all your hearing instrument wearing patients!  For more information, contact customer service at Oaktree Products toll-free at 800.347.1960 or send an e-mail to Oaktree Products at otp@oaktreeproducts.com.
